Do you honor your parents? You may wonder how you can know if you’re honoring them. One way is to ask yourself if they feel honored. If they do, you’re probably doing pretty well. If they don’t, you need to check your attitudes.
It would be a very good thing to ask your parents if they feel honored. Ask them how you can show honor to them. I would suggest that you make eye contact with them when they talk to you. When you look someone in the eyes, you’re saying, “You’re important. What you’re saying is important. I will give you my whole attention.”
You may not often think about it, but nobody in the world can encourage your parents as much as you can. Encourage your mom and dad today by showing them honor.
